Having blood in urine (hematuria ) is a very frequent symptom in urinary infections, the white colour of NULLODOR litter allows an easy detection of this problem.

It is normal, cats are animals that do not like us to change their habits.  Start by filling the litter tray with 50% of their old litter and 50% NULLODOR.  Gradually the cat will become used to NULLODOR and you can stop adding their old litter.

One of the most frequently asked questions concerns the quantity necessary to place in the litter tray. It is recommended to place in the litter tray a thickness of granules of at least 4 to 6 centimeters. An insufficient or too important quantity of NULLODOR has no influence on its functionalism.  One 1,5 kg bag of NULLODOR litter is enough for a medium size cat (approximately 4 kg). With a thickness of 4 to 6 centimeters, it's enough to replace the litter once a month.

The used NULLODOR litter granules can be placed in the household waste bin or spread on the garden.

The litter NULLODOR is not absorbed by the bowel and does not swell in the presence of humidity it does not thus risk blocking the digestive tract. In contact with water and gastric juices it will become a very fine powder and will be eliminated naturally.  NULLODOR litter does not contain chemicals**. Even in cases of involuntary ingestion, NULLODOR litter presents no danger.

What happens to the odours?
The odours are trapped in the granules. The humidity evaporates quite rapidly. The unique characteristics of NULLODOR litter granules allow prolonged detention of the odours, of the pigments, and of humidity in the heart of the granules.

It is rare but always possible that some granules of NULLODOR are carried away by the cat after it uses the litter tray. It is recommended to place a door mat or small carpet in front of the cat litter tray to avoid as much as possible the spreading of some granules.
It is necessary to make sure that the edge of the cat litter tray is high enough so that the cat can scratch and dig as they like to do. It is ideal to have a covered litter tray.

This product absolutely does not pollute, the silica gel of which it is composed stems entirely from natural rock.

When in contact with NULLODOR the humidity in excrement is immediately absorbed, which inhibits any odours, and dries up the faeces, making it easier to remove them with a litter scoop.
It is necessary to remember to shake the scoop, the granules of NULLODOR litter still stuck will fall back into the litter tray.
You can then flush the faeces down the toilet without any problem.

NULLODOR is particularly recommended in cases of diarrhoea.
Its strong absorption power means that the soft faeces or even liquid faeces are rapidly dried up and they can therefore be removed more easily.

In actual fact only the correct use will assure you one month without odours and without changing the litter. You have to remove faeces every day ( without taking out any litter) and carefully mix the litter well with a scoop.
In actual fact cats have a tendency of always urinating in the same area of the litter, therefore it is necessary to homogenise the litter, so that it is not always the same granules that receive urine.
The yellow colour of the crystals can make you think that they are no longer efficient, its not true, the crystals stay yellow because the pigments and ammoniac ( therefore the odours) are trapped but the humidity evaporates and the granule is functional again.

NULLODOR cat litter is particularly recommended for animals with sensitive paws. The size grading of the crystals has been specially studied so as not to injure cats paws.
