Why anybody does not answer?
If nobody answered your question, it is because it was badly put, rather precise, not in the good forum, the bad title, or because nobody knows the answer. If you want to improve the rate of answers on these forums, in the first place clarify better your questions, And on the other hand you can to answer the questions of the others, it is only as it that these forums will work better.
Politeness
the insults and the defamation to individuals and companies(societies) are severely punished by the law, including on the forums, and consequently forbidden and got rid of at sight. The same remark on the incentive(incitement) in the racial hatred, on the sexism, the homophobie, etc.... The rudeness is not allowed.
